In the seminar, we made the conclusion that it's essential to understand these young generations and reform our market situation effectively based on principles of free market economy so that these people can be the future of our country. It's suggested that baby boomers' deferred retirement needs to be postponed to give more jobs for younger generations who are suffering the lack of jobs.
